Short terms for buying and using Shot Prep Pro. The free version needs no purchase and no account.
What Pro is
Shot Prep Pro is a licence key that unlocks the Pro features of Shot Prep at tools.fibon.pl: unlimited images in the queue, Save all and ZIP, the file name pattern, AVIF, custom sizes, the Pixelate and Blur redaction modes, Beautify (background, padding, rounded corners, shadow and a browser frame) and a target file size. Shot Prep runs in your browser and your images are never uploaded.
Price and payment
Pro costs $9.99 once, tax included. It isn't a subscription and nothing renews. The purchase goes through Stripe Managed Payments: the seller (merchant of record) is Link, Sold through Link, LLC, which takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles VAT and sales tax. Link's purchase terms apply to the payment: link.com/terms. The Pro licence is granted by Grzegorz Adamczyk, trading as Fibon.
Your licence
The key is for you personally. Use it in up to 3 browsers of your own; this is a fair-use rule and isn't technically enforced. Don't share or publish the key: it contains the e-mail address you paid with. Clearing the site's data in a browser removes the key there; you can enter it again.
Refunds and withdrawal
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason: write to info@fibon.pl from the e-mail address you paid with. If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days. When the content is supplied immediately, that right normally ends once you start using it; we don't apply that exception, so the 14-day refund stands even after you've activated the key. After a refund, stop using the key.
Changes
We may improve Shot Prep and add features to Pro. Changes to these terms apply to purchases made after they're published.
